Sunset Dog Boarding
After nearly 15 wonderful years of breeding and raising Australian Labradoodles through Sunrise Australian Labradoodles, I made the decision to retire from breeding and pass the Sunrise program on to Trisha, who has been an important part of our journey for many years.
While I am stepping away from breeding, I simply could not imagine saying goodbye to the incredible dogs and families that have become such a special part of my life. That's why I created Sunset Dog Boarding—a place where Sunrise families can continue to feel confident that their beloved dogs are receiving the same loving care they have always known.
At Sunset Dog Boarding, your dog becomes part of our family while you are away. Located in a peaceful farm setting, we provide a safe, fun, and comfortable home environment designed especially for doodles. Whether your dog enjoys playing with friends, exploring the outdoors, or relaxing on the couch, they will be treated with the same attention, affection, and care that has always been the hallmark of Sunrise Australian Labradoodles.
My goal is simple: to give Sunrise families complete peace of mind, knowing their dogs are staying in a place where they are loved, understood, and cared for just as they are at home.

Your dog will run with other dogs, chase, wiggle, snuggle and sniff with best friends, while being well cared for and supervised by our staff. Your dog will enjoy our climate controlled indoor spaces and delight in our outdoor play areas equipped with toys, shade areas, and kiddie pools.
We are professionals, and are trained in dog behavior and dog interaction. We make sure all dogs are getting along and slowly integrate them in groups of playtime. Your dog will get lots of exercise and fun playtime.
When dogs play together they learn manners from other dogs and with people all while providing exercise that would otherwise be at home alone all day.
Requirements
1. Dogs must be at least 3 months of age.
2. Please email or have your Veterinarian email vaccination records at least one (1) weeks in advance of visit to karen@sunriseaustralianlabradoodles.com.
3. Dogs must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations.

Annual Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvovirus, 6 month bordetella (canine cough) booster & K-9 influenza vaccination.

All new vaccinations should be given a minimum of one week prior to your boarding or daycare reservation.
4. All dogs must be on monthly heart worm and flea/tick preventatives. We do not allow flea/tick collars in group play.
5. Must submit Release of Liability Waiver see below
Services
Doodle Daycare
Daycare is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM to 6:30PM. We are closed for daycare on Sundays. Daycare reservations are required. No drop off's.
Daycare reservations are required for minor peak days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Spring Break.
Daycare is closed on Sundays and major peak days: New Years, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Christmas.

Doodle Boarding
Your dog will be treated like our own in the house, on the couch, playing in the yard with our girls.
At night your dog stays in a suite... or sometimes our bedroom depending on how everyone is getting along.
Our boarding is available all days. No drop off's. Reservations are required.
Make reservations ahead of time to guarantee a spot. So your dog gets personal attention we only offer 3 dogs for boarding at one time. For winter weekends, we recommend reserving 2-3 weeks in advance. For major and minor peak days, (i.e. Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) we recommend reserving at least 2 months in advance.
Peak Time reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your reservation.
Single Boarding
Full Day................................. $60 per day
Two Doodle Boarding........$110 per day
