Our Commitment to Excellence
At Sunrise Australian Labradoodles, our breeding program is built on a foundation of ethics, compassion, and a deep love for this remarkable breed. Over the years, our dedication has helped us establish one of the most respected programs in the country, with a proven record of producing healthy, happy, and well-adjusted puppies.
We believe that education is just as important as breeding. That’s why we take the time to guide families in understanding not only the Australian Labradoodle breed, but also important topics such as health testing, breed development, early socialization, microchipping, and more.
We invite you to read through this page to learn more about the care, thought, and dedication we put into every aspect of our program. Our goal is simple: to ensure that your family receives the very best puppy possible—one who will bring joy, love, and companionship for years to come.
First and Foremost... Guardian Homes
At Sunrise Australian Labradoodles, the well-being of our dogs always comes first. That’s why we do not use kennels. Instead, every one of our dogs is either raised in our own home or lives with a loving family through our Guardian Home Program.
Guardian Homes are families—just like yours—who welcome one of our potential breeding dogs into their hearts and homes as a cherished companion. These dogs grow up as beloved pets, enjoying life on the couch, on the bed, and as part of everyday family activities. Only after completing all necessary health testing do they officially join our breeding program.
When a Guardian dog eventually retires, there’s no transition needed—they already have their forever home with the family they know and love. This approach ensures that our dogs are well-socialized, well-cared for, and truly part of a family from the very beginning.
No kennels. Just happy, healthy dogs raised with love.

Our Commitment to Health
At Sunrise Australian Labradoodles, our first priority is always the health and well-being of our puppies. Achieving the highest quality starts with a strong foundation, which is why every one of our breeding dogs completes an extensive series of health tests before entering our program.
We proudly achieve the highest level of health testing set by the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association (WALA)—ALL STAR level. This extensive testing of each breeding dog ensures that each puppy begins life with the very best chance for a healthy, happy future, and that families can welcome their new companion with confidence and peace of mind.
